===== Microsoft Teams Sending Channel =====  

In Zebrix Control, you can send incident notifications to a Microsoft Teams channel.  
To do so, follow these steps:  

  - Create the workflow in your Teams: [[https://support.microsoft.com/en-us/office/create-incoming-webhooks-with-workflows-for-microsoft-teams-8ae491c7-0394-4861-ba59-055e33f75498|Teams webhook]]  
  - **Access the configuration**  
    * Go to **Configuration** → **Incidents** → **Notification Channels**.  
  - **Add a new channel**  
    * Click the **➕ Add** button.  
  - **Enter the channel information**  
    * **Name**: Provide a descriptive name for the channel.  
    * **Type**: Select **Teams**.  
    * **URL(s)**: Enter the URL provided by Teams.
