==== Driver setup for Netgear MR42XX switch ====

You can monitor and control your Netgear MR42XX switch connected to your network.

Let's start by configuring your switch :

  - Check the IP address of your Netgear switch (for example: 192.168.0.1) and verify the connection to the administration console accessible at [[https://192.168.0.1/#/login]].

  - Once you have authenticated, you will see the following screen: Please note the IP address used for managing the device (highlighted in red on the screen below).

Next, let's configure the driver in the  Zebrix Control administration console :

  * **URL** : The URL of the Netgear switch, like the following pattern %%https://ip:8443%% (e.g., %%https://192.168.0.1:8443%%). **Note that the port used for the Netgear API is 8443**.
  * **Username** : The account used to log in to the device (default: admin).
  * **Password** : The password used to log in to the device.
  * **Allow self-signed certificate** : Check this box if the device's SSL certificate is self-signed.

Your switch is now added as a device in Zebrix Control.
