To create a new email sending channel, follow these steps:

1. Access the configuration
   • Go to Configuration → Incidents → Notification Endpoints.

1. Add a new channel
   • Click the ➕ Add button.

1. Enter the channel information
   • Name: Provide a descriptive name for the channel.
   • Type: Select Email.
   • Recipient(s): Enter the email address or distribution list that will receive the notifications.
