In Zebrix Control, you can send incident notifications to a Microsoft Teams channel. To do so, follow these steps:

1. Create the workflow in your Teams: Teams webhook
2. Access the configuration
   • Go to Configuration → Incidents → Notification Channels.
3. Add a new channel
   • Click the ➕ Add button.
4. Enter the channel information
   • Name: Provide a descriptive name for the channel.
   • Type: Select Teams.
   • URL(s): Enter the URL provided by Teams.
