Alerts and Incidents

Configured equipment in zebrix control reports metrics. These data points enable the calculation of an equipment's status, known as its alert level. Changes in status can generate notifications, referred to as incidents, to signal any detected changes or issues.

Alerts

Zebrix control offers four configurable alert levels. These levels allow you to quickly assess the state of equipment based on criteria you define. For each collected metric, you can specify its impact on the overall status of the equipment, providing tailored monitoring to meet your specific needs.

A change in alert level can trigger the creation of an incident, or conversely, the resolution of an existing incident. Incidents enable you to:
