Open and close your tickets with Easy Vista
From Zebrix Control, you can create and close tickets in your preferred ITSM platform, such as Easy Vista.
Follow the steps below to configure the integration.
Configuration in Easy Vista
- Create a service account with the required permissions to access the Easy Vista APIs.
Configuration in Zebrix Control
1. Navigate to: Configuration → Incidents → Notification Channels
2. Add a new channel Click the ➕ Add button to create a new notification channel.
3. Fill in the channel information:
- Name: A descriptive name for the channel.
- Type: Select Easy Vista.
- Instance URL: The URL of your Easy Vista instance.
- User: The service account username.
- Password: The service account password.
4. Alert level mapping
Define the mapping between Zebrix Control alert levels and the urgency and severity levels in Easy Vista.
5. Additional configuration information
- assetIDProperty: Name of the equipment attribute that contains the Easy Vista asset identifier.
- requestorMail and recipientMail: Email addresses used to identify the ticket.
- catalogCode and origin: Ticket identification parameters in Easy Vista.
6. Additional fields
You can also define custom fields specific to your integration. These fields will be sent to Easy Vista when the ticket is created.
Two types of fields can be used:
- Static value: The value entered will be sent as-is in the ticket.
- Equipment field: You can use a property from the monitored equipment. In this case, specify the name of the corresponding field.
