Email Endpoints
To create a new email sending channel, follow these steps:
- Access the configuration
- Go to Configuration → Incidents → Notification Endpoints.
- Add a new channel
- Click the ➕ Add button.
- Enter the channel information
- Name: Provide a descriptive name for the channel.
- Type: Select Email.
- Recipient(s): Enter the email address or distribution list that will receive the notifications.
📌 Note: Make sure the email address is correct and that notifications are properly configured on your server.
