Zebrix Control allows you to send incident notifications directly to a Slack channel. To set up this integration, follow the steps below:

Create a Slack Webhook
Go to: https://api.slack.com/messaging/webhooks to generate a webhook URL.

Access the configuration in Zebrix Control
Navigate to: Configuration → Incidents → Notification Channels

Add a new channel
Click the ➕ Add button to create a new notification channel.

Fill in the channel details:

• Name: Provide a descriptive name for the channel.
• Type: Select Slack.
• URL: Paste the webhook URL generated from Slack.
