Logitech Sync Cloud

To use the Logitech Sync Cloud APIs to monitor your Logitech equipment, you must:

  • Have access to Logitech Sync Cloud (https://sync.logitech.com/)
  • Your room must have on og the following licences : Select, Essential or Sync Plus
  • Enable the APIs in Logitech Sync Cloud
  • Generate an mTLS certificate to authenticate with the API
  • Create and configure your equipment

Generate an mTLS certificate to authenticate with the API

As a prerequisite, you must have access to https://sync.logitech.com/ and you must have the Owner role.

Go to the System interface

Then in the Sync Cloud API tab

You will need to store the OrgID and then generate a new certificate.

External Service Configuration in Zebrix Control

Add a Logi Sync Cloud connector from the menu Configuration > External Services:

  • Organization ID: Use the OrgID previously retrieved
  • Client certificate key: Use the Client certificate key previously retrieved
  • Client certificate: Use the Client certificate previously retrieved

Equipment Configuration in Zebrix Control

Configure the driver in the Zebrix Control administration interface:

  • Equipment ID: Enter the Logi Sync room ID visible in the page URL (rooms/{room_id})

  • External Service: Select the previously configured Logi Sync Cloud connector

Your video conferencing equipment is now added as an equipment in Zebrix Control.

Port Opening

The probe must be able to establish outbound connections (https, 443) to 'https://api.sync.logitech.com/v1/org/'.
